1.     Prior to operation ensure on/off switch is at R (clockwise) position

2.     Do not operate or turn Electric Drill in same way as the standard drill

3.     Check all parts to ensure there are no loose connections

4.     Outlet and high pressure pipe and applicator device must be securely tightened

5.     The speed adjustment on the Electric Drill also allows torque control

6.     PU machine max instant pressure is 8000-10000psi; operator must don personal safety wear,  ie, safety helmet, gloves, mask and protective eye-wear.

7.     Liquid that contains solid particles cannot be used in this machine

8.     After use, clean with prescribed cleaning solution leaving solution in the machine for 2 – 3 minutes.

9.     Oil machine interior after cleaning, leaving oil in machine for 2 – 3 minutes before clearing oil from machine
